Register Online for FVPT Classes, Seminars, and Workshops
FVPT has four options for preregistration for seminars and workshops:
 
  • Register by mail: Checks must be postmarked by one week before the seminar. Checks and a list of the people being registered should be made out to FVPT and mailed to:
      Farmington Valley Physical Therapy
      c/o Health & Wellness Program
      112 South Main St
      Unionville, CT 06085
  • Register in person: Come to either of our FVPT offices and pay by cash, check, or credit card
  • Register over the phone: Call our Unionville office at (860) 673-0223 to register by credit card.
  • Register Online (below):

Select the event you wish to register for. Secure and powered by Google Checkout. Please allow 24 hrs for processing. Preregistration is available until 24 hrs before each event.

 

Registration for FVPT group classes
To purchase Massage, Infrared Sauna, or Private Somatics Sessions, please call our office to schedule your appointment. You can pay in person or over the phone by credit card by calling (860) 673-0223.
