Running Coaching

Aaron Groen
Aaron has over 15 years experience as a runner and is incredibly enthusiastic about his sport. He is a USATF Certified Running Coach that is available for running consultations and running coaching. As a PhD candidate at Harvard Medical School, he uses the same scientific approach to his running technique that he applies to research investigating cancer biology. His favorite races are 5Ks road races and trail runs. Elizabeth Gait
Elizabeth Gait joins our office as a classical Hatha Yoga instructor after studying extensively in Mumbai, India for two years at the renowned Yoga Institute in Santacruz, the world’s oldest organized Yoga Center founded in 1918, where she received her teaching certification. Elizabeth’s classical training remains true to the original deliberate and precise spirit of Patanjali’s Hatha Yoga and in addition to helping those with specific diseases and health problems such as joint disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, and asthma, she specializes in holistic wellness and lifestyle management for the mind-body complex including: relaxation/ stress management, concentration and memory, breath regulation, positive attitude and meditation methods. We welcome you to come and experience for yourself the many benefits which Yoga has in store for you. Dawne Termini
Dawne has been practicing yoga since 2000, and became certified to teach in 2006 through Yoga Spirit Studios.  Her teaching is Iyengar based, with a focus on proper alignment and the safety of her students.  Dawne also received a 10 hour Restorative Yoga training certificate through Judith Lasater and believes that yoga can help people not only physically, but mentally as well.  Her wish is to spread yoga’s beauty, grace, and wisdom to all who need it; from the very young to the young at heart.
