We are next to the Farmington Greenway Bike Path, just across the Green Bridge in Unionville Center. 

OLD FASHIONED DIRECTIONS:

From Hartford and Points East (84 West)

• I-84 W/US-6 W toward Waterbury
• Take exit 39 to merge onto CT-4 W/Farmington Ave toward Farmington
• Continue to follow CT-4 W 6.0 mi
• When you reach Riverside Plaza (Unionville Center/Stop and Shop Plaza), turn left onto Rte 177S (South Main St) at the corner with Farmington Savings Bank.
• Continue down 177S, you will pass Walgreens on your right. Cross the Green Bridge
• Farmington Valley Physical Therapy is 112 South Main St, the Red Building on the right. Park in the south facing parking lot, next Spruce Rd. Look for a sign that says Farmington Valley Physical Therapy. 

From Waterbury and Points West (84 East)

• I-84 E via the ramp to Hartford 16.4 mi
• Take exit 33 on the left to merge onto CT-72 W toward Bristol 2.1 mi
• Take the CT-177/N Washington St exit 0.2 mi
• Turn right at CT-177/N Washington St
• Continue to follow CT-177 5.5 mi
• Farmington Valley Physical Therapy is 112 South Main St, the Red Building on the left. Park in the south facing parking lot along Spruce Rd. Look for a black and white sign that says Farmington Valley Physical Therapy. If you cross the Green Bridge, you’ve gone too far.
